- Linguine Pasta500 g
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Sliced tomato2 unit(s)
- Seasoned Boiled Chickpeas4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Chopped or ground garlic to taste
- Cook the macaroni until al dente.
- Drain the pasta and set aside
- In a large frying pan or high pot, place a drizzle of olive oil and the ground garlic and wait for it to brown.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and season with salt and oregano to taste.
- Let it cook until the tomato is soft.
- Add cooked chickpeas and mix well.
- Add the dough and mix everything until well colored đ
- Serve then đđ
