- Cooked Linguine Noodles500 g
- Boiled Broccoli200 g
- Can of solid tuna in oil2 unit(s)
- cherry tomato200 g
- Oregano to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- After cooking and draining the pasta (leave it Al dente) set aside
- In a pan add the olive oil and the chopped or ground garlic and let it brown.
- Add the whole cherry tomato and cooked broccoli and let it cook for about 3 minutes.
- Add the macaroni and mix well.
- Finally add the solid tuna (remove all the oil with a sieve)
- Add more oil and oregano to taste
- Mix carefully and done.
- Serve right away 😋
