- Recipe
- Pasta Linguine500 g
- Salt to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Steamed Broccoli to taste
- Shimeji209 g
- Shoyu2 tablespoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cook the noodles until al dente, meanwhile prepare the shimeji:
- Do not wash the shimeji, wipe it with a dry and clean cloth just to remove some dirt and dirt (if you wash it it will lose its flavor and become spongy)
- After cleaning Shimeji's stalk with a cloth, separate the stalks
- Preheat a non-stick frying pan and add butter
- Put the shimeji and let it braise in the butter
- Add the soy sauce and ground black pepper and mix well.
- Cook until al dente and turn off the heat.
- Drain the pasta
- In a pan put olive oil and the cooked broccoli
- Add pasta and mix well
- Turn off the heat and serve immediately.
- On top of the noodles put the shimeji to taste and that's it 😋
