  • Spinach Fettucine500 g
  • Milk Cream1 unit(s)
  • Garlic Clove3 cup
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan100 g
  • Black Pepper, Nutmeg, Salt and Oil to taste
  • Mozzarella50 g
  • Wheat Flour3 tablespoon
  • Milk11/2 unit(s)
  1. In a large bowl, bring water and salt to a boil, then add the Fettucine to cook until al dente.
  2. In another pan, put a thread of olive oil, garlic and onion cut into cubes to brown. Add the wheat flour and mix well.
  3. Add the milk little by little and always stirring to avoid lumps. Add the cream, mozzarella and nutmeg, black pepper and salt. Mix. Let it thicken a little.
  4. Place the sauce over the Fettucine and mix and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan cheese.
