  • Roast beef (meat of your choice)1 kg
  • Meat tenderizer1 tablespoon
  • Beef broth2 tablespoon
  • Smoked paprika1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Pepper1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Tomato1 unit(s)
  • Dehydrated Oregano (fresh optional)1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  1. Pass the 30g of coffee in 500ml of water.
  2. In a pan, place the brewed coffee, white wine, beef broth, olive oil, chimichurri, pepper and another 400ml of water with the diluted starch.
  3. The idea is to make a syrup from this sauce. You can add this Champion syrup (optional)
  4. In the pressure, place the meat with, pepper, tomato, onion, oregano, meat broth, meat tenderizer, olive oil, smoked paprika, pepper and salt to taste and soy sauce (optional). Add water without completely covering the meat. Cook for 25 minutes after pressing and then just shred this meat.
  5. Make your favorite pasta.
  6. Now just use: I did two processes: First I put the Startt sauce on the dough and stuffed it inside, with meat, alternating with the dough. I used an 8 rim to shape the plating. Second, I ended up with more meat on the side, making a drawing on the plate with the meat. The coffee beans, it was just for photo, to demonstrate that the sauce of this dough is coffee. Please, when serving, remove the coffee beans from the plate, as it will not be consumed. I finished with a little blue whiting, to bring grace to the dish, I recommend the sage.
