Fettuccine with Pepperoni and Bacon

- Diced Bacon150 g
- Pepperoni sausage in cubes1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic slivers2 unit(s)
- Sliced Champignon3 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Green onions to taste
- In a frying pan I fried 150g of bacon together with 1 slice of calabrese sausage (with Tuscany it works great too)
- Then I added 1/2 chopped onion with 2 cloves of garlic in slices and sautéed well
- With the heat off, I added 3 sliced mushrooms, 1 chopped tomato, green chives and salt to taste (in this dough I like to feel the taste of tomatoes and mushrooms in natura but it's up to you to sauté ok)
- Serve immediately! Enjoy your food!
