Fettuccine with Paris Mushrooms

  • Fettuccine Pasta500 g
  • Chopped Chives (for garnish)1 to taste
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Sliced paris mushroom150 g
  • Sliced shimeji mushroom150 g
  • Shoyu1/2 cup
  • Sour cream1 can(s)
  • Salt and chopped chives1 to taste
  1. First of all, cook the pasta according to the package directions. Run and book. For the sauce, heat a pan with the butter, olive oil and fry the onion until it withers. Then add the mushrooms and fry over high heat for 3 minutes. Add the shoyu and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the cream, season with salt, chives to taste and mix. Turn off the fire, mix with the cooked pasta and transfer to a platter. Finally, garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
