- Fettuccine Pasta500 g
- Chopped Chives (for garnish)1 to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Sliced paris mushroom150 g
- Sliced shimeji mushroom150 g
- Shoyu1/2 cup
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Salt and chopped chives1 to taste
- First of all, cook the pasta according to the package directions. Run and book. For the sauce, heat a pan with the butter, olive oil and fry the onion until it withers. Then add the mushrooms and fry over high heat for 3 minutes. Add the shoyu and cook for another 3 minutes. Add the cream, season with salt, chives to taste and mix. Turn off the fire, mix with the cooked pasta and transfer to a platter. Finally, garnish with chopped chives and serve immediately.
