- Fettuccine300 g
- Peeled Shrimp300 g
- Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Ripe and firm tomato2 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water2 l
- Lemon zest to taste
- Bring the water to a boil with a good spoonful of salt. Once it boils, add the fettuccine. Meanwhile, cut the zucchini into thin strips, discarding the white part with seeds. Cut and remove the seeds from the tomato and slice it. In a pan put half the oil, let it heat up and add the garlic. As soon as the garlic scent starts to come out, sauté the shrimp for two minutes and set aside. Sauté the zucchini in the same pan and season with salt, pepper and lemon zest, sauté for two minutes and set aside. Now sauté the tomato fillets, season with salt and pepper, sauté for a minute and set aside. Put the rest of the oil in the pan, add the already cooked fettuccine and the rest of the ingredients. Mix well, add 1/2 cup of the cooking water and let it cook for 2 minutes. Check salt and pepper. And it's ready to serve 😋😋😋 Enjoy your food
