- Shitake250 g
- Filet Mignon250 g
- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- Green Spice1 to taste

- Put a lot of water, salt and a drizzle of oil in a pan and bring to a boil. After boiling, add the pasta and cook according to the package.
- Cut the fillet into strips, season to your liking, I used salt, pepper, garlic and a little soy sauce, put it in a pan with a drizzle of hot oil and let it fry until golden brown, remove the meat and set aside.
- Cut the shitakes into thin pieces, and put them to fry in the same pan that the meat was made and after that set it aside with the meat.
- In the same pan, place the onion and garlic and let it fry until the onion is well caramelized. After that, add the meat and the shitake, add a pot of cream, season with salt and pepper and let it boil well until the sauce thickens.
- Place the pasta in the sauce pan and mix well to thicken the sauce and cover all the pasta.
- Serve with chopped chives and grated parmesan cheese.
