Fettuccine with Alfredo Sauce

O molho Alfredo deve ser preparado ao mesmo tempo em que o macarrão. Quando a massa já estiver cozinhando normalmente, quase pronta, pegue de uma a duas conchas da água do cozimento e coloque em um refratário. Coloque metade da manteiga na água para que ela derreta com o calor, junte o macarrão cozido e acrescente o parmesão e o restante da manteiga. Misture bem para formar o molho e pronto.

The Alfredo sauce must be prepared at the same time as the pasta. When the pasta is already cooking normally, almost ready, take one to two ladles of the cooking water and place it in a refractory.
