- Fettuccine300 g
- Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Bacon to taste
- Salt to taste
- Seasonings and Spices to taste
- Butter50 g
- Place the fettuccine in a pan of boiling salted water and cook until al dente.
- In a skillet, fry the bacon, then set aside.
- In the same pan as the bacon, add the butter and transfer the fettuccine from the other pan to this one, adding Parmesan and stirring.
- To create the sauce, add small portions of the pasta water to the skillet until the desired consistency is reached. You can also add a spoon or two of cream to add more flavor to the sauce.
- Add the bacon and seasonings of your choice.
- Serve it hot. You can also substitute bacon for filet mignon, shrimp, chicken or even make it without any meat.
