Fettuccine Alfredo with Bacon

  • Fettuccine300 g
  • Parmesan Cheese to taste
  • Bacon to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasonings and Spices to taste
  • Butter50 g
  1. Place the fettuccine in a pan of boiling salted water and cook until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, fry the bacon, then set aside.
  3. In the same pan as the bacon, add the butter and transfer the fettuccine from the other pan to this one, adding Parmesan and stirring.
  4. To create the sauce, add small portions of the pasta water to the skillet until the desired consistency is reached. You can also add a spoon or two of cream to add more flavor to the sauce.
  5. Add the bacon and seasonings of your choice.
  6. Serve it hot. You can also substitute bacon for filet mignon, shrimp, chicken or even make it without any meat.
