- Wheat4 cup
- Eggs3 to taste
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
- Fennel dough3 g
- Sugar1 cup
- Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Margarine for farofa3 coffee spoon
- Powdered Sugar3 to taste
- Wheat for farofa1 cup
- Mix in the blender Eggs, sugar, milk, olive oil beat well. Add the 2 cups of wheat, pour the dough into the bowl, add the 2 cups of wheat, beat with fruit, and finally the yeast.
- Make the farofa, wheat, sugar and margarine until you get loose
- Grease the mold , pour the dough then the farofa on top. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes
