  • Eggs3 to taste
  • Olive oil1/2 cup
  • Milk1 cup
  • Fennel dough3 g
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Yeast1 coffee spoon
  • Margarine for farofa3 coffee spoon
  • Powdered Sugar3 to taste
  • Wheat for farofa1 cup
  1. Mix in the blender Eggs, sugar, milk, olive oil beat well. Add the 2 cups of wheat, pour the dough into the bowl, add the 2 cups of wheat, beat with fruit, and finally the yeast.
  2. Make the farofa, wheat, sugar and margarine until you get loose
  3. Grease the mold , pour the dough then the farofa on top. Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes
