  • warm milk1/2 cup
  • Olive oil or oil8 tablespoon
  • Bread Yeast30 g
  • Fennel1 tablespoon
  • Sugar1/3 cup
  • Fine Fuba1 cup
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Gem for brushing2 unit(s)
  • Cornmeal for sprinkling1 to taste
  • Margarine1 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, butter, olive oil, yeast, salt, fennel and sugar.
  2. Pour the liquid ingredients mixture into a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, mix a cup of cornmeal tea, salt and three cups of wheat flour tea and gradually add the dry ingredients to the liquid ingredients.
  4. When the dough is more solid, it's time to put your hands, knead until a smooth and soft dough, for about 20 minutes.
  5. If necessary, add more flour until the bread no longer sticks to your hands.
  6. Place in a bowl greased with olive oil, cover with a clean cloth cloth and let rest for 30 minutes.
  7. Divide the dough into equal parts and shape the buns.
  8. Place one next to the other in a greased and floured pan, cover and let it rest for 1 hour.
  9. Brush with egg yolk, sprinkle with cornmeal and bake in a medium oven (180ºC), preheated, for 30 minutes or until golden.
