- 1 SPOON (SOUP) OF SALT1 dessert spoon
- 10G OF BIOLOGICAL YEAST10 g
- FILLING to taste
- TOMATO SAUCE100 ml
- grated mozzarella500 g
- Grated HOTS250 g
- grated CALIPER2 unit(s)
- OREGANO to taste
- let's make the dough, mix the warm water, warm milk, sugar, salt, oil and yeast mix everything
- add the wheat flour and make the dough, knead the dough until it becomes a homogeneous dough, let it rest for half an hour
- open this dough with the help of a rolling pin to a thickness of half a centimeter, cut a mini pizza disk and put it to pre-bake for 5 minutes, do this with all the dough
