  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
  • Sour cream200 g
  • Milk50 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Shredded and Seasoned Chicken300 g
  • Mozzarella cheese100 g
  1. In a pan, place the boiled potatoes, butter, cream, milk, curd and salt. Mix well and bring to the fire until it boils, remove and reserve.
  2. On a platter, place half of the puree then place the already seasoned shredded chicken (the stuffing can be your choice) then place the rest of the puree and finally the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Place in the oven to brown for 20 minutes.
