- Wheat flour250 g
- Lard or butter25 g
- Warm water120 g
- Ground beef300 g
- Sliced onion50 g
- Minced garlic05 unit(s)
- Egg, boiled and cut into small cubes01 unit(s)
- Cumin and Smoked Prarica2 g
- Olive oil or butter25 g
- Parsley to taste
- FILLING: sauté the meat in olive oil until golden brown, add the other ingredients, salt, pepper and sauté a little longer. Turn off and add the egg. Let cool.
- Dough: put wheat flour, salt, and lard or melted butter in the bowl, and add lukewarm water. Mix everything until smooth. Put in the fridge for 1 hour
- Divide the dough into 10 units and roll out in a circle with plenty of wheat flour, until very transparent.
- Remove excess flour and fill and wet the edges with little water and close like a pastel. Brush eggs and bake at 200 degrees for approximately 13 min
