  • Wheat flour250 g
  • Lard or butter25 g
  • Warm water120 g
  • Ground beef300 g
  • Sliced onion50 g
  • Minced garlic05 unit(s)
  • Egg, boiled and cut into small cubes01 unit(s)
  • Cumin and Smoked Prarica2 g
  • Olive oil or butter25 g
  • Parsley to taste
  1. FILLING: sauté the meat in olive oil until golden brown, add the other ingredients, salt, pepper and sauté a little longer. Turn off and add the egg. Let cool.
  2. Dough: put wheat flour, salt, and lard or melted butter in the bowl, and add lukewarm water. Mix everything until smooth. Put in the fridge for 1 hour
  3. Divide the dough into 10 units and roll out in a circle with plenty of wheat flour, until very transparent.
  4. Remove excess flour and fill and wet the edges with little water and close like a pastel. Brush eggs and bake at 200 degrees for approximately 13 min
