  1. Place the egg in a bowl, the water has to be lukewarm, stir with a fork, put the baking powder, mix there, add the other ingredients, salt, sugar, margarine to mix, then add flour until the point of knead the dough, knead for 10 min and let the dough rest for 30 min, after half an hour open the dough and roll the buns as you wish, let it rest for another 30 min brush the egg yolk and bake in the preheated oven for 30 min
