  • Rump300 g
  • Red cabbage100 g
  • Green cabbage100 g
  • medium carrot1 unit(s)
  • Medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Cauliflower1 unit(s)
  • Broccoli1 unit(s)
  • Turnip50 g
  • Shoyu1/2 cup
  • Sesame oil80 ml
  • Chicken broth200 ml
  • Corn starch3 tablespoon
  • Minced garlic2 unit(s)
  • grated ginger1 dessert spoon
  • Corn or soybean oil100 ml
  • Assorted peppers3 unit(s)
  • Chives1/2 cup
  1. Cut the vegetables as you like. Cut the onion into medium cubes and the rump.
  2. Heat some salted water for the pasta.
  3. SAUCE: mix the starch in the chicken broth and sesame oil.
  4. In a wok, grill the meat with a little corn oil. Remove the grilled meat and reserve. In the same pan, saute the garlic with the ginger. Add the sliced carrot. Then the diced peppers.
  5. Then add the onion, broccoli, cauliflower and finally the cabbages. Add the sauce and the chives and let the flavor settle.
  6. Cook the macaroni according to the manufacturer's recommendation. When ready, drain.
  7. In another pan, heat the oil and fry the pasta. Remove excess oil.
  8. Add the noodles to the wok and let the seasoning for 3 minutes. Serve.
