- Rump300 g
- Red cabbage100 g
- Green cabbage100 g
- medium carrot1 unit(s)
- Medium onion1 unit(s)
- Cauliflower1 unit(s)
- Broccoli1 unit(s)
- Turnip50 g
- Shoyu1/2 cup
- Sesame oil80 ml
- Chicken broth200 ml
- Corn starch3 tablespoon
- Minced garlic2 unit(s)
- grated ginger1 dessert spoon
- Corn or soybean oil100 ml
- Assorted peppers3 unit(s)
- Chives1/2 cup
- Cut the vegetables as you like. Cut the onion into medium cubes and the rump.
- Heat some salted water for the pasta.
- SAUCE: mix the starch in the chicken broth and sesame oil.
- In a wok, grill the meat with a little corn oil. Remove the grilled meat and reserve. In the same pan, saute the garlic with the ginger. Add the sliced carrot. Then the diced peppers.
- Then add the onion, broccoli, cauliflower and finally the cabbages. Add the sauce and the chives and let the flavor settle.
- Cook the macaroni according to the manufacturer's recommendation. When ready, drain.
- In another pan, heat the oil and fry the pasta. Remove excess oil.
- Add the noodles to the wok and let the seasoning for 3 minutes. Serve.
