- Hard grain Linguine Pasta500 g
- Can of Solid Tuna in Oil2 unit(s)
- Extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Ground black pepper (optional) to taste
- Ground Garlic Clove1 cup
- Put a lot in a pan and add a tablespoon of salt, add the Linguine pasta
- Do not break the dough in half, push it with a fork as it cooks (the dough will soften and fall)
- Cook until al dente, drain and set aside.
- In a pan put the olive oil, the ground garlic and sauté until golden
- Add the solid tuna (without the oil) and the cooked pasta and stir well.
- Season with ground black pepper and oregano to taste and serve immediately.
