Easy pancake batter

Ponha a água, os ovos e por último a farinha trigo e sal, bata tudo muito bem no liquidificador. 


Unte uma frigideira e deixe esquentar bem, porcione a massa com uma concha de feijão.

Espalhe bem na frigideira.

Enquanto dourar em baixo vire, faça isso até acabar a massa 

Recheie com frango, ou carne moída já prontos, coloque uma camada generosa de requeijão e enrole.


Coloque todas em uma forma que possa ir ao forno, despeje 400ml de molho de tomate por cima, e 300 gramas de queijo muçarela.

Leve ao forno à 180 graus até o queijo derreter.

Put the water, eggs and finally the wheat flour and salt, beat everything very well in the blender.


Grease a frying pan and let it heat up well, portion the dough with a ladle of beans.

Spread well in the fridge.

While browning on the bottom, turn, do this until the dough runs out.

Stuff with chicken, or ready-made ground beef, place a generous layer of curd and roll up.


Put them all in an oven-proof dish, pour 400ml of tomato sauce on top, and 300 grams of mozzarella cheese.

Bake at 180 degrees until the cheese melts.
