Pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
Mozzarella200 g
Olive oil5 ml
Onion1 unit(s)
Seasoning to taste
Straw Potato to taste
Salt to taste

Boil the potatoes, mash them, and set aside.
Cut the sausage and onion into cubes and fry with oil
Mix the potatoes together with the sausage and onion and the seasonings of your choice.
In one form put a layer of mashed and another of mozzarella.
Finish with mozzarella and potato straw.
