- 500 g of ground beef. 2 crushed garlic cloves. 1 small onion, chopped, Oregano, parsley and chives to taste. Oil for sautéing. 1 can of tomato paste of 340 g. 2 cubes of beef broth. 1 package of pre-cooked lasagna of 200 g. 250 g sliced ham, grated cheese for sprinkling, 250 g sliced mozzarella... to taste
- Heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the ground beef, 1 cup of water and let it cook. Add the tomato paste, oregano and approximately 1 and 1/2 liters of water. Leave for about 10 minutes and turn off, add parsley and chives. The sauce should be very runny. Line the bottom of a refractory with a little of the sauce. Alternate layers of lasagna noodles, sauce, slices of ham, slices of mozzarella. The last layer should be mozzarella. Sprinkle grated cheese. Place in the oven and leave until the mozzarella melts.
