• Wheat flour | 500 g
• Salt | 1/2 teaspoon
• Butter | 2 tablespoon
• Water | 1 l
• Chicken Quino | 1 unit(s)
• Color | 1 tablespoon

Recipe

1. In the pan put 1 liter of water, salt, Coloral, butter and a Quino tablet.
2. Bring to a boil, when it boils add 500 g of wheat at once, mix the dough well while still on the fire.
3. Then pour the dough on a table, wait for it to cool a little and model the drumstick with the stuffing you want. Then fry in very hot oil.
