- Chicken Quino1 unit(s)
- Color1 tablespoon
- In the pan put 1 liter of water, salt, Coloral, butter and a Quino tablet.
- Bring to a boil, when it boils add 500 g of wheat at once, mix the dough well while still on the fire.
- Then pour the dough on a table, wait for it to cool a little and model the drumstick with the stuffing you want. Then fry in very hot oil.
