- Oil1/2 cup
- Cornmeal1 cup
- Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Yeast powder1 tablespoon
- Blend the corn, eggs, milk, oil and sugar in a blender until the corn is completely crushed.
- Then add the cornmeal, wheat flour and yeast and beat until you get a homogeneous mixture (no need to beat too much, just mix)
- Transfer the dough to a greased shape with butter or oil and floured with cornmeal and take it to the preheated oven at 180ºC for about 35 minutes or until you poke your cake with a toothpick it comes out clean.
- Once ready, wait for it to cool down and take it out of the mold.
