Easy Cheese Cannelloni with Ham

  • Ham400 g
  • grated cheese50 g
  • Fresh pasta for lasagna500 g
  • Ready-to-eat tomato sauce1 l
  • Milk500 ml
  • Wheat3 tablespoon
  • Salt, black pepper and nutmeg1 to taste
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  1. Separate the pasta for lasagna, open each unit, place slices of mozzarella and ham, roll up and place in a refractory, repeat the process for 10 units. I use ready-made tomato sauce, I buy the bottle at the market, but I just want to make homemade tomato sauce. Add the tomato sauce over the pasta.
  2. White sauce Add the butter in a pan and melt. Add the wheat and seasonings (salt, black pepper and nutmeg) and mix. Gradually add the milk and stir until it becomes thick, like porridge. Place the white sauce on top of the sugo sauce and spread the rest of the mozzarella on top, add the grated cheese and bake for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
