Easy Cheese Cannelloni with Ham

Separe a massa para lasanha, abra cada unidade, coloque fatias de mussarela e presunto, enrole e coloque num refratário,  repita o processo nas 10 unidades.

Eu uso molho de tomate ao sugo pronto, compro a garrafinha no mercado, mas querendo é só fazer o molho caseiro com tomates.
Adicione o molho de tomate por cima da massa.

Separate the pasta for lasagna, open each unit, place slices of mozzarella and ham, roll up and place in a refractory, repeat the process for 10 units.

I use ready-made tomato sauce, I buy the bottle at the market, but I just want to make homemade tomato sauce.
Add the tomato sauce over the pasta.

Molho branco
Adicione a manteiga numa panela e derreta.
Coloque o trigo e temperos (sal, pimenta do reino e noz moscada) e misture.
Adicione o leite aos poucos e vá mexendo até ficar grossinho, tipo mingau.

Coloque o molho branco por cima do molho ao sugo e espalhe o restante da mussarela por cima, acrescente o queijo ralado e leve ao forno por aproximadamente 20 a 30 minutos. 

Sirva acompanhado de uma salada verde.

White sauce
Add the butter in a pan and melt.
Add the wheat and seasonings (salt, black pepper and nutmeg) and mix.
Gradually add the milk and stir until it becomes thick, like porridge.

Place the white sauce on top of the sugo sauce and spread the rest of the mozzarella on top, add the grated cheese and bake for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

Serve with a green salad.
