  • Sugar1/3 cup
  • Fresh Organic Yeast30 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • warm milk1 cup
  • Oil1/4 cup
  • unsalted butter1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour650 g
  1. Dissolve the yeast with sugar, then add the milk, oil, butter, salt, sugar and eggs. Mix well with a whisk. Start to add wheat flour little by little, until it comes off slightly from your hands. Knead for 10/15 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hr or until it doubles in size. Make balls of 50gr each, place in a greased and infarinhada shape, cover with cloth and let rise again.
  2. Once risen, bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden.
