- Wheat flour500 g
- Organic Dry Yeast1 unit(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1/2 can(s)
- Vanilla Extract1 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Place the flour and yeast in a bowl and mix.
- Place the eggs, oil, condensed milk, salt, vanilla extract and milk.
- Mix well until you can mix with your hands.
- If it gets too wet just add a little flour and if it gets dry add a little milk
- When it doesn't stick to your hands, just start beating it for 15 minutes
- Place the dough in a bowl greased with oil and cover with a cloth to rest for 1 hour and keep it warm to rise.
- After resting just take the dough and divide it into 6 pieces
- Make a roll and hold it in the middle while you roll the two pieces and put it to rest for another 1 hour
- Sprinkle egg yolk and grated coconut on top and bake on low heat until golden.
