- Oil20 tablespoon
- Organic Dry Yeast4 tablespoon
- WARM Water4 cup
- Wheat flour2 kg
- In a bowl add the eggs, sugar, salt, oil, yeast, and warm water. Let it rest for 10 minutes. (Yeast will rise).
- Add the flour and knead until it doesn't stick to your hand. Cut the dough in 3 and roll out with a rolling pin or roller. Put it in the mold and wait for it to grow.
- Bake over medium heat for 40 minutes.
