  • Chives to taste
  • Oil2 cup
  • Chicken breast1 kg
  • Tomato sauce1 cup
  • Garlic, Onion to taste

  • Breadcrumbs1 kg
  1. Wash the potatoes well and place together with the chicken breast in a pressure cooker with water, chicken broth and salt and cook for 20 minutes on high heat.
  2. Remove the pressure, reserve the chicken and peel and mash the potatoes
  3. Add the mashed potatoes along with the oil.
  4. With the fire on, add the wheat little by little until it comes off the pan, When it comes off, lower the heat and stir well for another 5 minutes.
  5. For the filling; shred the chicken, and in a pan with oil and salt, brown the chopped onion and garlic.
  6. Add tomato sauce, bring to a boil.
  7. With the sauce already thick, add the shredded chicken. let it rest
  8. With the dough and stuffing warm, make balls and knead by hand, place the stuffing in the center and close until a coxinha shape.
  9. With the modeled coxinha, prepare the eggs and rose flour for breading.
  10. In a bowl, beat the 2 eggs and add 1 pinch of salt.
  11. In another container, add the breadcrumbs, and pass the drumsticks in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
