- Recipe
- 4 cups wheat500 g
- 1/2 oil or olive oil60 ml
- 1 sachet of biological yeast10 g
- 300 ml of warm water300 ml
- 1 tablespoon of sugar1 tablespoon
- 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon
- Mix 2 cups of wheat flour with the yeast, sugar and salt.
- Put the 300 ml of warm water and add the rest of the wheat flour until the dough comes loose from the fingers.
- After mixing everything, place the dough on a counter and dissolve for 15 min.
- After that, put the dough to rest in a container with a cloth on top or that plastic film.
- Once that's done, you can use it any way you want.
