  • Ingredients
  • Recipe
  • 4 cups wheat500 g
  • 1/2 oil or olive oil60 ml
  • 1 sachet of biological yeast10 g
  • 300 ml of warm water300 ml
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar1 tablespoon
  • 1 teaspoon salt1 teaspoon
  1. Mix 2 cups of wheat flour with the yeast, sugar and salt.
  2. Put the 300 ml of warm water and add the rest of the wheat flour until the dough comes loose from the fingers.
  3. After mixing everything, place the dough on a counter and dissolve for 15 min.
  4. After that, put the dough to rest in a container with a cloth on top or that plastic film.
  5. Once that's done, you can use it any way you want.
