Separe a gema e as claras. Bata as claras até ficar bem firme, adicione uma gema de cada

Acrescente o açúcar aos poucos e bata bem 

Coloque a farinha e meia xícara do leite e bata , depois coloque o resto de leite e bata por pouco tempo até a massa ficar homogênea.

Adicione o fermento e mexa com uma colher

Coloque a massa em uma forma untada com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha , leve ao forno pré-aquecido à 180° graus. Para saber o ponto é só colocar um palito , se você tirar e sair limpo , significa que a massa já está pronta.
