  1. Cut the meat into small cubes, season with salt, garlic and black pepper.
  2. Put the meat to fry in the oil, when it has fried add tomato and onion well chopped, sauté well.
  3. Then add the raw noodles and water until the noodles are covered, leave it on the fire until the noodles are soft, finish by putting milk cream and green smell.
  4. Note: I made it with fillet, the ideal is that it is made with a soft meat like fillet, duckling, soft mattress.
  5. Note: The water I added was not enough, the pasta was still hard and the water was low, so I added more water.
