  • Water (use that cup of curd as a measure)1 cup
  • Milk (glass)11/2 cup
  • Oil(cup)1 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Organic Dry Yeast (for bread)1 cup
  • Wheat Flour(approximately)1/2 kg
  1. Blend in blender: Pour this mixture into a bowl and add wheat flour until you get a dough that still slightly sticks to your hands. At this point, sprinkle wheat flour on the table and work the dough with oiled hands. Transfer back to the bowl and let it rest for 30 min. Roll out the dough on the floured table, cut strips, place a piece of sausage (previously boiled for 5 minutes, cut into 3 pieces and very cold), place on a greased and sprinkled baking sheet, brush with yolk and let it rest until doubled in volume). Bake in a preheated oven until golden.
