  • Wheat flour300 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • grated cheese150 g
  • Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Milk2 cup
  • Oil1/2 cup
  • Pinch of Salt to taste
  • Smoked pepperoni1 unit(s)
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Cheddar to taste
  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender, except pepperoni, onion and cheddar.
  2. Cut the pepperoni or grind, cut the onion finely chopped. Saute in oil until golden. Disconnect.
  3. Let's ride. Grease the mold with margarine or oil and a little wheat flour.
  4. Pour some of the dough, add the stuffing, spreading the pepperoni and cheddar well. And add the rest of the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and take it to the oven at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes or until golden.
  6. Remove and serve with a nice chilled drink. Enjoy your food.
