DELICIOUS ground beef pancake 😋

Massa: adicione o leite, ovos, sal, oléo, e a farinha de trigo ao liquidicador bata. Em seguida em uma frigideira (se não for antiaderente unte a frigideira com um pouco de óleo), ai jogue média quantidade de massa até fazer tudo (em fogo baixo para não queimar).

Com a massa aberta coloque um pouco de carne moída dentro e enrole até fechar a massa toda. Faça esse processo até acabar a massa.
Montagem no refratário: coloque uma camada de extrato de tomate embaixo, em seguida coloque uma camada de panqueca, repete esse processo até acabar a panqueca. Em cima por último coloque o extrato de tomate e queijo. Coloque para assar na temperatura alta!!
