- Youre gonna need it: Pasta: 2 cups of rice flour 2 cups sweet sprinkles or cornstarch 2 beaten eggs 1 tablespoon of biological yeast 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of salt 1 glass of warm water In a large container, place the tapioca flour, rice flour, sugar and salt. Mix well. In another container, place the warm water, yeast and mix until dissolved. Pour the yeast water into the dry mix. Add the eggs, olive oil and mix well. When you start to form a dough, use your hands and keep mixing until it's very homogeneous. Unite a round form of pizza with olive oil. Then open the dough in this form, leaving 1 finger thick. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Take it to the oven for 10 minutes.
