  • Cornstarch200 kg

When it boils, mix in the dissolved cornstarch, stirring well until the cream comes away from the bottom of the pan. Take it to a refractory, and when it's cold, take it to the fridge, after it's cold, take it out of the mold.
  2. When the cream is ready, before putting it in the fridge, you can add flavorings, herbs, olives, etc.
  3. After the cold cream, you can beat it with a little milk in the blender, it will have the texture of creamy cottage cheese. Yield is about 800 g.
