1- separar e quantificar os ingredientes
2- bata as gemas o açúcar e a margarina até formar uma massa homogênea,depois acrescente a farinha de trigo aos poucos e vai acrescentando o leite.
3-bata as claras em neve, e misture na massa sem bater,por último o fermento ,misture e depois é só assar. Para verificar o ponto é só espeta um palitinho se sair seco já está bom.
