- Tapioca6 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese slices2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Place the cheese slices in the bottom of a skillet (must be non-stick) before turning on the heat.
- Take it to the low fire and then immediately sift the tapioca dough covering all the cheese, try to leave it very uniform to be well rounded.
- Wait for the cheese to melt forming a crispy crust and until it comes off the bottom of the skillet, turn the side and leave it for a few more minutes.
- Then fold the tapioca in half and serve it straight or with the filling of your choice (in this recipe I used egg and light cream cheese and oregano for the filling, you can use whatever filling you want, even with margarine it's delicious).
