- Tapioca4 tablespoon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Mozzarella cheese slices2 unit(s)
- Sliced pieces of Gorgonzola cheese4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Start by beating the eggs with a fork until foamy.
- Add a little salt and mix well.
- Add the tapioca and beat until it forms a homogeneous mass.
- Preheat a non-stick frying pan and add a drizzle of oil.
- Place the pasta in the skillet and cook on low heat until golden.
- Turn aside and add the mozzarella cheese and pieces of the Gorgonzola cheese.
- Wait for the cheese to melt and add oregano to taste.
- Fold in half and that's it đ serve right away đ
