  • Tapioca4 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese slices3 unit(s)
  • Provolone cheese slices5 unit(s)
  • Chopped green olives to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs until frothy
  2. Season with a little salt and add the tapioca
  3. Mix well until smooth
  4. Preheat a non-stick frying pan and add a drizzle of olive oil
  5. Put the dough in the frying pan and wait for it to brown before turning it aside.
  6. Place the stuffing of mozzarella cheese, provolone, green olives and oregano
  7. Wait for the cheese to melt, leave it on low heat
  8. When the cheeses are melted, turn off the heat and that's it.
  9. Serve then 😋
