  • Salt to taste
  1. Inside a container, break the egg and with the help of a fork or whisk, beat the eggs.
  2. Add the tapioca tablespoons, salt and pepper and beat again until smooth.
  3. Grease a skillet preferably non-stick with olive oil or coconut oil and bring to the fire to warm up.
  4. Pour the dough, cover and let it release from the bottom of the skillet, turn and let the other side brown.
  5. Remove from skillet and add desired filling.
