- Salt to taste
- Inside a container, break the egg and with the help of a fork or whisk, beat the eggs.
- Add the tapioca tablespoons, salt and pepper and beat again until smooth.
- Grease a skillet preferably non-stick with olive oil or coconut oil and bring to the fire to warm up.
- Pour the dough, cover and let it release from the bottom of the skillet, turn and let the other side brown.
- Remove from skillet and add desired filling.
