- Dough: Milk2 cup
- Wheat Flour2 cup
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Stuffing: Shredded Tuna3 can(s)
- Cream Cheese2 cup
- Chopped parsley1/4 cup
- Tomato Sauce1 cup
- Oregano0 to taste
- Dough: Blend all the ingredients of the dough in a blender. Heat a small skillet with butter and pour in about 2/3 cup (coffee) of batter. Rotate the skillet quickly to form thin pancakes. Turn the dough disc over and let it brown on the other side. Transfer to a platter. Repeat the process until all the dough is finished. Reserve.
- Stuffing: Drain the tuna and mix with the curd until obtaining a homogeneous paste. Add the parsley and mix again. Then place a portion of filling in the middle of each pancake. Fold both sides in half. Fold the two opposite sides to the middle as well, so that they overlap, forming a bundle and closing the filling. Place the pancakes in a greased refractory form. Brush hot tomato sauce over them and sprinkle oregano on top. Bake in a preheated oven (150°C) for 10 min. Serve immediately
