  • penne pasta500 g
  • Ready-made tomato sauce1 can(s)
  • Chopped ham200 g
  • Chopped Mozzarella200 g
  • Cream cheese200 g
  • vegetable broth2 unit(s)
  1. Place the water, tomato sauce, vegetable stock and ham in the pressure cooker. Bring to a boil, add the pasta and cover the pan.
  2. As soon as you get pressure, turn off the fire and wait for the pressure to come out completely.
  3. Open and add the mozzarella and cream cheese, mix well and serve hot.
