  • Hard grain penne pasta500 g
  • Cherry tomato280 g
  • Gorgonzola Cheese150 g
  • Oregano to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Ground pink pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste
  1. Cook the pasta until al dente (while cooking the pasta, make the base of the sauce)
  2. In a glass refractory put extra virgin olive oil
  3. Spread the cherry tomatoes over the refractory and leave the middle free to place the cheese
  4. Place the Gorgonzola cheese in the middle of the refractory
  5. Season the cherry tomatoes with a little salt.
  6. Season with oregano, black pepper and ground rose to taste.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and with a fork mix well the tomatoes with the melted cheese.
  9. Put the already cooked and drained pasta in this mixture of Gorgonzola cheese and tomato.
  10. Mix well until it's very creamy and that's it 🤤
  11. Serve then 😋🍝
  12. Tip: serve with grated parmesan 😉🇮🇹
